Non-Mobile Reports won't load with Web Application Proxy, and can't access report server in browser

I have Web Application Proxy set up so we can access our report server from externally.

When logged into the PowerBI Mobile app, mobile reports work fine, but regular reports never load. The loading bar just never completes. This is on both Android and iOS.

On a separate note, can't seem to access the PBIRS web page from within a web browser from externally thru the Web Application Proxy. When I visit the web page, I don't get any error... it's just a white page.

Any ideas? I don't even know where to start and Microsoft documentation is really flaky on the subject.
