The reports which already exist with schedule refresh are continued to refresh properly, however when we upload any new report and configure the schedule refresh. It is not initiating the refresh on the schedule timing. When we initiate manually by selecting the schedule and clicking the "Refresh now" button, the status is set as "Refreshing" but nothing happens thereafter. The status remains set with "Refreshing" and not changing further. The only way to revert the status is by deleting the schedule.
Before the RS was Jan 2020 version and after this problem updated to May 2021 and We checked the log file too, but not finding any related error messages.
We tried restarting the power bi services, set a valid execution account in the report configuration manager but nothing helps.
Please help me to solve....!
Did you upload new report to replace the original report? My schedule refresh function worked properly with new report. Try update both report server and desktop for rs to newest version.

We have same problem with updating reports (only new reports, all old reports updates correct).
MSSQL Server version 13.0.5103.6
Windows Server 2016 Standard
Last version PowerBI RS version 15.0.1106.169
All updates for Windows Server installed
We tried to restore DB on another one server but no effect.
We have 60 schedules (updating from every 1 day to every 5 minutes) is it may be problem for RS?
