Mailto in HTML in card browser visualization

Hi

I am using HTML within "card browser" visualization in power BI. It includes a "mailto" link. The link does not work.. when I try wo the HTML (e.g. text box) it works ok. I can see the HTML command is correct. I suspect is related to the HTML in PBI. Anyone encountered something like this?

Hi @tbinder ,

Based on my test, "mailto" links are not supported in Card Browser visualization currently.

Here is a similar idea you can vote up: Microsoft Idea  · Allow Mailto: links in Card Browser visual (powerbi.com). You can also add your comments there to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.

Best Regards,

Icey
