I've seen a few postings about with this solutions, but I feel like we have address the elements proposed in those. I was hoping someone might be able to provide some advice about this issue (and if I'm incorrectly addressing one of the other solutions let me know where I'm getting it wrong).
We recently installed PBI Report Server (Version 1.1.6582.41691 (October 2017)).
I have downloaded the linked October 2017 compatible version of PBI Desktop (Version: 2.51.4885.3981 64-bit (October 2017))
When I try to 'Save As' a report from the desktop, I get an error of "An error occurred while attempting to save the report to Power BI Report Sevrer"
When saving to disk a blank pbix file to upload, I get the error. "There was an error uploading your .pbix file. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file."
Here are some of the errors from our logs that appear to occur around the time of the attempted save/upload.

When we installed/configured we initially installed with an http set of urls and later applied a TLS certification to secure the connections. I was looking at some of the responses that referred to URL reservations, since these would have changed, but I am not particularly sure what to look for with those.
