Is Power BI Report Server available for premium account per user?

I think it is available but here is a graph in the link showing premium account cannot use report server.

Hi!

Its not available for Power BI Premium per user. If you buy Premium  Capacity license then you get a key for PowerBI report server as well. The cost for PPU is $20 but for PPC is minimum $5000 per month. So you cannot 

get a license for PBIRS with PPU.

However you would be eligible to create Power BI reports and post to Power BI report Server if its already procured seperately. That remains same as Power BI pro license need for posting to Power BI report server.
