I cannot manage my On-premises data gateway (personal mode)

I moved to a new pc and installed On-premises data gateway (personal mode). My new installation seems to be working fine, but I cannot manage my gateway. When I go to manage gateways, I get a message that tells me "You don't have any data gateways". The service does not appear to be running on my pc, but the scheduled refresh works fine for all my reports.
