You can query your PBI Report Server Database Catalog Table to get the list of all objects in Server. 13 is for reports only.

SELECT *
  FROM [ReportServer].[dbo].[Catalog]
  Where Type=13

You can also get this with the PBIRS REST API. (you would replace "localhost" with the name of your actual server)

eg.

http://localhost/reports/api/v2.0/PowerBIReports

This returns an ODATA feed so you could use this in Power BI Desktop to get a list of all the Power BI Reports on your Report Server

Additionally, you can get list of reports using PowerShell commands, or you can get list of report using PBI API, using Odata connector (also from PBI Desktop).

Can you be a bit more specific?

And these solutions seem geared towards on an premise Power Bi solution. Anything for the cloud based solutions: https://app.powerbi.com/groups/...?

That is because this forum is specifically focussed on the on-prem solution.
