How could other users connect to my PBIRS at mobile app?

I built a PBIRS in my company, and put some PBI tables on it.  I hope everybody could read them with their own mobile.

But I could only let them get these tables (with PC/mobile) by sending the URL link of PBI table ,like the figure below.

I hope their could also get the table by mobile app, but I found their could not connect to the PBIRS  unless I add their account to ‘Administrators Group’.  

I think it is not a good way to set too many people as administrators , so is there any other way to solve this?

I know how to distribute the authorization for different PBI works, but if them could not access to the PBIRS fistly on mobile, all my work before will be useless....
