Hide/show/create panels based on amount of child objects in the data

How to dynamically add navigation panels into a PowerBI report based on the amount of child objects to report on?

Do I need to write Javascript or C# or Python or how to implement this?

For example when a user selects:

parent object + 1 child object = 1 panel + 1 panel with child object data.  => 2 pages in total (on screen and in pptx/pdf)

parent object + 3 child object = 1 panel + 3 panels with child object data.  => 4 pages in total (on screen and in pptx/pdf)
