Getting error in Report Server that ORACLE is not registered

Hello,

I have a paginated report that I've deployed to a Power BI Report Server.  When I attempt to view the report, I get the following error:

  • An error has occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted)
    • An attempt has been made to use a data extension 'ORACLE' that is either not registered for this report server or is not supported in this edition of Reporting Services. (rsDataExtensionNotFound)

I've found the MS article located below but I'm confused about the steps.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/report-data/oracle-connection-type-ssrs?view...

In the steps under the 64-bit rivers for the report servers section, it states, "These steps assume you've installed the ODAC 18.x files to c:\oracle64 and the file version of your Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.dll and Oracle.DataAccess.dll is 4.122.18.3."  I have not installed the ODAC 18.x files.  Is there an article that gives a step by step guide on installing the Oracle components to the Report Server?
