Gateway (Personal mode) is offline and couldnt be reached

Hi guys,

Im getting this message : The Gatway is currently offline and couldnt be reached. 

The laptop is on when i schedule to refresh a dataset and it successfully updates.  

So the question really is, what happens if i remove the gateway and re-install it ? 

Would that resolve the issue? If not, i would love to hear some alternative options.

You should re-configure the gateway. And re-add relative data source to the new gateway on service.
