Exporting Power BI full Matric Visualization ( including scroll data ) to Power Point / PDF

Dear Folks,

We are using Power BI report server to host our reports and finding it really impossible to export Visualization to Power point from PBI RS.  Moreover, resolution of Exported pdf file is not so great which also does not include scroll data of Tabular / Matric visualization.

Any solution is much appreciated.

Many Thanks,

Thx Lucien, much appreciated.

However, Paginated reports are whole new set of development and which might not be feasible to manage and verify data separately with PBIX file.

It would be excellent option though if we can create Paginate report using pbix data model including Measures, Calculated Columns and Calculated Table. Hoping that should be easy for MS PBI team to enable since DAX Studio team could do it seamlessly.

Hi @Gaurav_Mithaiwa ,

You may consider using Paginated report.

refer :

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/consumer/end-user-paginated-report

You have a variety of options for exporting paginated reports, including PDF, Word, XML, PowerPoint, Excel, and more. When exporting, as much of the formatting as possible is preserved. Paginated reports exported to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MHTML, and PDF, for example, keep the "pixel perfect" formatting.

And refer the following article:

Create a paginated report for Power BI Report Server

Best Regards

Lucien
