Error al actualizar datos - Error updating data

Hola Comunidad, 

Me aparece el error adjunto cuando hago la actualizacion de mis datos, no se si es un error de la conexion de la puerta de enlace o de la conexion con la data de Oracle.

Pero ya he intentado de todo y no funciona.
