Emissions Impact Dashboard failing to Refresh

Hi, 

I have all the listed permissions required to run the Emissions Impact Dashboard however, when I try it the data stays as "You're viewing this app with sample data. Refresh is in progress". And it just stays like this forevermore.

Does anyone know how I can get this working? I have found some similar queries but none with a solution attached.

Hi @Anonymous ，

Is the refresh you are using using a gateway? Try updating the gateway to the latest version, or turn off the gateway and restart it after some time. Also, test other report refreshes to see if the same situation exists.
