ERROR|30|The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable

Hi 

I recently upgraded power BI server 15.0.2.557 to 15.0.1102.777 64 bit.  Now when  I am  trying to upload .pbxi files  then it is  having error as follows and log checked location 

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Power BI Report Server\PBIRS\LogFiles\RSPortal_2020_04_15_09_27_01.log

secondly when I click on  three dots  on folder "..." then I am getting following error please find the attachment. loks to me same error is  propergating   

note: web.conf look good. any one can advice would be highy appreciated . not sure any relation to enable TLS

Hi I able to  reslove the issue on following actions. 

1. Power BI server install  with  replair option (re installed ) +desktop 64 bit

2. befroe configure report conf mgr run following commnad 

use ReportServerPBI

go

exec DeleteEncryptedContent

3. reconfigure report server configuration manager all options 

4. make  power BI service user(which access through services(stop/start) on the server ) admin on local server
