Doing a live (Excel type) calculation in Power BI

Hi - Sorry, my previous message got sent accidentally. 

I am trying to find out if Power BI can do "live" calculations.   My manager wants us to to be able to do a live calculation in a Power BI report.   Like, for example, add 2+2 in real time and get the result.   That's a simple explanation, but that is the functionality we are looking for.  

Can it do that?
