I can't give you an official answer of course, but I have read elsewhere that they plan to release a PBI Report Server update by the end of this month that should bring us all closer to parity with the current PBI Desktop release. At least I hope so. 🙂 We'll be doing our upgrade next month from SSRS 2014 so this March release will be our first production use of PBIRS.
Same issue with Microsoft's Sankey chart. Anyone figure this out? (March 2018 Power BI for Report Server)
Same for me - in this case it is the Gantt-chart (1.11.1) - works fine in Power BI Desktop (March 2018) but does not render in Power BI Report Server (March 2018)?
