Combining the usage statistics over the entire capacity

Hello!

I'm sorry if i'm posting this in the wrong place or there have already been recent topics like this.

However, I would like to ask if there is any known easy way how to combine report usage statistics (that can be used to view the entire workspace statistics) from all workspaces into one.
Like we have a capacity with 10 different workspaces and my aim would be to see the usage statistics of entire capacity not a single report for each of the workspace.
Is that possible without making some sort of Excel extracts and combining them?

Wishing everyone a great day,
Artis

Hey, Dedmon!
Thanks for your reply.
Yeah, I know about this, however this creates a report about a workspace. We have 20+ workspaces, therefore 20+ reports like this. It is better than having 150+ reports for each report, however we would like to have a report overlooking the whole capacity (that includes many workspaces).

Hi @artis_spertals ,

Sorry for misunderstanding your issue. You want to view usage metrics accross all workspace? The build-in usage metrics can't help in this situation. You can use azure ad application and streaming dataset:https://www.proserveit.com/blog/power-bi-usage-metrics-across-all-workspaces

Hi @artis_spertals ,

You can create a copy for report usage metrics and eidt it in the copy one. In the cpoied report, you can remove the reportguid field from the filter pane. And it will show all reports usge in the workspace.

You can also custom the report in edit mode:
