Can you get PBI Report Server with Power BI Pro?

Hi, we're a small team in an international company looking to adapt PBI locally to report to our internal customers within the UK & I, approx 50 report consumers. It looks like Power BI Pro is the best solution for us, Premium seems too big but we'd want to have on site storage which only seems to come with Power BI Server which is with Premium, is this available as a bolt on to Pro or am I misreading the documentation?
