Can't save power bi reports to newly installed Power BI Report Server

I'm using PowerBI Desktop Jan 2021 and Power BI Report Server Jan 2021. Everything else is working fine except saving/uploading power bi reports (pbix).

The logs show this when I tried to create a new report called "liutlu":

I don't understand this. Why is Power BI reporting it can't find the report that I'm trying to create for the first time? And then it says it's unauthorized but the account I'm using both for power bi desktop and windows is a System Admin in power bi report server.

I've tried deleting the databases and then running a repair on the installation but that didn't change anything. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @poweroverwhelmi ,

1. Do you get this error with all reports or just a particular one?

2. Are both SSRS and PBIRS installed? How about uninstalling SSRS?
