So, we have an issue with not being able to connect to the report portal. We get "connection refused."
We realized that we are still running on "Evaluation Version." This may be causing the issue???
When we attempt to enter our License key, it seems to take it but then the version still says evalution.
We've tried running the installer and using "upgrade" and "repair." We've also tried changing to "developer edition" to see if that would work, but it just still tells us we are running evaluation.
Any ideas on how we get past this?
As suggested by jtarquino, please run setup again and the Upgrade Edition option will show up, then enter your product key.
