But I am still have the calendar starting on Sunday even after reseting the browser and deleting the history and cookies.

Is there anything else I can do?

Hello,

for Power BI Desktop it depens on language setting of your computer.

for published report on PBI RS, it depend on language settings of browser of each user. If you are using Egde browser, go to settings>languages, and check order of languages (first in order is important)

I believe that Power BI Desktop picks up the first day of the week setting from the Regional settings on the local PC. So I would suggest you start by checking the regional settings on your Report Server to make sure that they are the same as on your local PC.
