Animation of inactive scroll bar in Slicer (firefox browser)

Power BI Report Server (with January 2019 update)
Browser"Firefox Quantum v.65.0.1 (x64)"

 

When I open slicer in report with list of values which does not exceed the size of slicer box I can see inactive scroll bar.

Do I have any ways to hide it ?
