After I click on any of the Power Bi items in "shared with me" nothing happens

After, I click on any of the Power Bi items in "shared with me" nothing happen. There is a super quick flash of a message in the bottom left corner of the screen that says "waiting-for-wabi-us-north-central-redirect-analysis-windows.net"  It did not stay on the screen like a normal error message, I had to click like 10,000 times to get the full message to write it down. Please do the needfull help as soon as possible or If you think I need to go to IT please tell me. I need access to this data.
