xero can't find past months' data after import

Hi all

 

After i import data into Power Bi, past months' data(invoice, line item detail) are empty.  The size of my dataset is only 2 MB. I know there are limitations(only the last 1200 invoces) for free online user so i choose to be a pro trial user(60 days). Here are my questions, are there any limitions for pro trial users when import data from Xero? If yes, will this problem be solved when i purchase pro version

Hi @anchor,

In this article , I haven’t found anything about that Power BI pro user and Power BI free user will import different amount data from online content packs.  According to this blog, all data is retrieved for all history except Trial Balance data, which is limited to the last 24 months. And line item detail for invoices is limited to the last 12 months or the last 1,200 invoices. I suspect these limitations come from Xero API but not from Power BI.

In other words, even if you use a pro trial user to sign in Power BI, you will also get the limitation, you can connect to the xero content pack with pro trial user to verify it.

Thank you so much for your reply! I think i need to enquiry Xero Support for limitations. It seems like there are no problems with Power Bi.
