sharing the Power Query steps with colleagues

Good day, the Community

I created a Power Query that normalizes data in a CSV file. I'm looking for a solution, that my colleagues could use these steps.

the challenge is to make it as simple as possible for them.

Once a week, each of us downloads the raw data in CSV, normalizes it and uploads it to Salesforce. The raw data CSV file, as well as normalized CSV file, are archived after.

Pasting the M code to the Advanced Editor of the new file is too difficult

Ideal is to create a dedicated folder, each week add a new raw data CSV file, refresh the excel table, save the result, archive the raw data CSV file

many thanks
