how to sum of calculated measure in power bi

In the below snip i want to sum of Difference column and diiference column is calculated measure.

please let me know how to calculate

Just to be clear on what you are asking.  You are hoping to run the measure for each row in the displayed table, and sum the result correct?

 

If that the case, you want to use a combination of SUMX and VALUES to make this happen.  It likely going to be something like:

 

Sum Difference = SUMX(
	VALUES('YourTable'[Vendor code]),
	[Difference]
)
