how to build this visualization in power bi ???

Hi @Anonymous ,

If I understand your requirement correctly that you want to create a bar chart with 2 x-axis ?

If so, I'm afriad that there is no such a visualization in power bi currently. You could post your idea in power bi ideas Forum and add your comments there to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.

In addition, if you are good at coding, you could create the visual with R script and Python Script which are supported in power bi.
