hi all
I have a excel with worksheets that has column that go on forever
I understand I can use delete other column in power bi but it take a long time to load.
I have 10 such worksheet and more worksheet will be added and it will soon exceed powerbi limit of 16,000 columns.
How can I remove them in excel itself. I tried copy paste but there are too many formatting and formula.
I wonder if there is a way just to remove the blank column without touching any data?
Thank you.

Hello @Anonymous
I don't get the point. An Excel can hold up to 16k columns in one worksheet, why are you afraid of reaching Power BIs limit? Why are you trying to eliminate Excel-columns by copy PASTING them? Do you have empty columns, that are read by power query or do you have data in Excel. In the first case just cancel empty columns - in the latter case remove them in power query before joining with other worksheets
