create a new measure in Power BI

For a Live connection to the SQL Server Analysis Services Database, can i create a new calculated field (i.e. measure)?

If possible, how can i do it?

@Surya_B For live connection to SSAS you need to create measures in cube itself you can't do that in power bi.
