All,
Any suggestion on how an external party can send/link their file sources (Power bi already set up on how to read and visualize this data); please note they have no access to our organization O365.
is it possible they send an email with an attachment to Power Bi data set, or a SharePoint linked to a Power BI dataset. Or can we utilize MS forms or Flow?
A system can automate the procedures and minimize our intervention (but monitor & control if needed).
I appreciate your help.

@ahmedKalbani,
Do you want to connect to MS team data in Power BI? If so, currently there is no MS team connector in Power BI, there is an idea about this issue, please vote it up.

@ahmedKalbani,
I am not very clear about your requirement, do you want to link the original data source (source files ) in Power BI report for external users to access?
If so, you can upload the source files to online service such as OneDrive, then create a single table containing the shared links of the files, and display these links in a table visual using hyperlink feature in Power BI report. This way, after you share the report to external user, they are able to access the source files.
If the above method doesn't help, please elaborate more about your scenario.

Lydia
the other way around. I want people to send an email to MS teams with an attachment with the data in it, which then power BI reads it.
