What new column by absolute column and absolute row from another column

Hey everyone.

i no idea about this

i want to link data from Row1 for paste to another column that in Excel formulas i think use '$A$1' but in power query i don't know how.

i use formulas FistN([Column],1){0} but it's not work!
What's a formula i can use it?
