Connecting to Exchnage Online I get this message "We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again." I am using the correct password and the email address "Christianname.Surname@Company.com". Be gentle with me. I'm interested in analysing data and really don't understand, or want to understand the tools I'm using to connect any more than I'm interested in my car's transmission system.
We have recently implemented 2 factor authentication. I ensure that the Microsfft account side-tab is logged in.
The response appears fairly generic and might cover a thousand different reasons
Can you help please?

To connect with Exchange account, please enter UPN even though it is shown as optional on account dialog box.
