The error "We could not evaluate this query due to invalid or missing credentials" typically indicates that the Power Query is trying to access a resource that requires authentication, but the credentials provided are either invalid or missing.

To resolve this error, you should ensure that you have provided valid credentials to access the resource that the Power Query is trying to access.

Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

  1. Verify that the credentials are correct: Make sure that you have provided the correct credentials to access the resource. Check the username and password, and verify that the account has the necessary permissions to access the resource.

  2. Check the connection string: Verify that the connection string used in the Power Query is correct and includes the necessary authentication information.

  3. Check the authentication method: Make sure that you are using the correct authentication method for the resource. Some resources may require a specific authentication method, such as OAuth 2.0 or Azure Active Directory.

  4. Verify that the resource is available: Ensure that the resource that the Power Query is trying to access is available and accessible. Check the status of the resource and any relevant documentation or support forums for issues related to availability.

  5. Check the data source settings: Ensure that the data source settings in the Power Query are correctly configured. Verify that the data source name and credentials are correct and that any relevant settings, such as proxy settings, are correctly configured.

If you have checked all of these items and are still experiencing the issue, you may need to contact your system administrator or support team for further assistance.

Hi @sattok11 ,

Please go to data source settings and check if your credentials/permissions is correct.
