I'm trying to connect to Visual Studio Online using the VSO Content Pack. I have no problems with authentication, but after ~10 minutes of trying to import data, I get this error every time:
I saw another similar post, but that user was getting a 400 status code. Are there any known issues related to the VSO Content Pack?
EDIT: This also seems wrong: when I choose the account and project to connect to, the account looks correct but it ignores my selection in project and reverts to Default Collection. If I try anything more specific than just the project namei it fails validation.

@Seth_C_Bauer I am an admin on the project I am trying to connect to. However, since the Content Pack is trying to connect me to the Default Collection, I don't think I am an admin for all of that (though I do have basic permission to access everything within it).
EDIT: I found out this is a known issue related to too much data causing the import to time out.
I am experiensing the same issue when trying to connect to a VSTS project to a group workspace:
First (aft just around 30 seconds) I get:
We couldn't import data from Visual Studio Team Services

@jaspotan Are you certain that you have all the appropriate permissions for the project on VSO side?

Hi,
Is there a workaround or resolution for this issue? I am experiencing the same as we have a large project that's been running over a number of years.
Thanks.
Same issue as all others here. I tried brigning all the data from VSTS (using * for the project). I am a Project Collection Admin so I have rights to everything. Basically with this I am looking at alternatives instead of PowerBi to report from VSTS.
Hi Alan,
The Visual Studio team has reported that there was a temporary issue that is supposed to be resolved now. Can you try again and let me know if you are facing this issue still?
