Us State Plane X Y coordinates to Lat Long

I need to convert Us State Plane XY coordinates to Lat Long for New York Long Island 3104, The measure is in feet. Does anyone have a function I can use ?

Good Morning Phil. I have done this in earthpoint and it gives me great results. I'm looking more for something that can be done without the extra step of uploading into a different site. I appreciate your suggestion. Thank you.
