Update value based on latest date

I'm new in Power Query Excel. I'm trying to update value in the column 3 based on unique value created by combining two columns ID 1 and ID 2.
If the unique value is duplicated, value in column 3 will be updated referenced by the latest Date created.

Here is my data.

In this table, Data in No 1 and 7 with duplicated when combine ID 1 and ID 2.

My expected result: Data in Column 3 of the oldest record is updated by the latest data in Column 3

Hi @Anonymous

group your table on columns "ID1" and "ID2" with 2 aggregations: MAX on column "Date created" and "All" (no column selection for that)

Then expand the resulting "All"-column with all but the "Date created" column (because this column is already there with the latest date of the combination).
