Separate a list column in two different ones, with two variables

Hi, I downloaded a public data set, but it comes in a messy way... the data comes with titles/subtitles for columns (as showed)

I would like to separate the "Column 1" in two different columns, one with the state (ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS; AGUASCALIENTES, etc), and another one with age group (0-4AÑOS, 5-11 AÑOS, etc)

Could someone help please?

@Anonymous You will need an Index based 0. Then you will need a modulus of the Index by 9. You can then create a column where if the modulus is 0 then return the first column. Use Fill down on this column. Create a second column where if the modulus is not 0 then grab the first column.
