I have a query that i am working on that has the dates for each bid letting, along with all the information for each vendor that bids and the information for each project. We use most of the information in the query to populate an award/reject letter in Word and then use the Mail Merge feature. Once the query is ran I would like to be able to search for a specific date, usually the most recent letting date, in the spreadsheet. Is there any simple way for that to be done or is it just a matter of using the drop down arrow next to the heading to filter the date you are looking for? This process used to be done in Access and it allows you to search for the date you want before running the query.
Hi @CostaBella
Do you only want to keep the data on the latest date? If so, you can click the drop-down icon and select Is Latest option in Date filters.
Please provide a more detailed explanation of what you are aiming to achieve. What have you tried and where are you stuck?
