Sameperiodlastyear by Yearmonth

Hi,

I'm having trouble with the function, and keep getting the "contigous" error.

my date table consists of a yearmonth column, which corelates to the fact data. 

do i have to have all the dates in the table by day, or can it be by Yearmonth?

A date table is a table that meets the following requirements:

It must have a column of data type date.
The date column must contain unique values.
The date column must not contain BLANKs.
The date column must not have any missing dates.
The date column must span full years.  (January-December).
The date table must be marked as a date table.
