Restricting the count of weeks per month to 4 if that exceeds 4

Hello,

Please find the below picture:

This is the table that shows the weekly surveys done per month, but in a case where the total number of weeks exceeds 4 then I want it to consider the max value as 4.
How to achieve this ?

Measure=MIN(4,[your old measure code])
