I've got one QBO account with two companies inside. However, I can only have one company authenticated and pulling data at a time.
Are there any workarounds for this?
I'm building my own report in PBI desktop.

Hi @tkboisvert,
As you can see, we have to choose one company in the QuickBook Online to retrieve data when we build the connection.
And based on my research, in one .pbix file, it'a not supported to contain two company connection under one account. You need to create two .PBIX file to connect to each company separately.
If you have any question, please feel free to ask.

Hello,
Not sure if you have abndoned this but in case you were not aware of it, a product called QQube is available that will allow you to do reporting on multiple QuickBooks files inside PowerBi Desktop. I make my living doing analytics based on QB data so feel free to ask me questions.
