When PowerQuery send requests to authenticate users thru basic authentication, it seems it change some special charecters then doesn't allow users to authenticate them on external application.

To reproduce, you need to have user with password with at least one accented character in password : éèà...

Create new connection to JSON for example or other datasource with restricted access

Select Basic authentication and specify your IDs

The system will refuse your authentication and if you look at the header with login password, the special characters will be replaced by ?
