PowerBI Gateway is offline when using mongodb ODBC

Hi,

I have made a power BI report using data from a MongoDB data source. I've used this OBDC connector to fetch data from MongoDB http://www.cdata.com/drivers/mongodb/odbc/

When I publish my report online, I am unable to schedule data refresh as it shows that my personal gateway is offline even though my personal data gateway shows that it is up and running.

Any solutions?

Hi @jagrutijoshi,

Firstly, please make sure that you download the latest version of Power BI Gateway from this link and you have configured gateway following the guide in this article.

Secondly, check if data management gateway service is running properly as shown in the following screenshot.

Thirdly, if there are no issues with above two steps, enter CTRL + F5 to refresh your web browser and restart the computer that install gateway.

In addition, you can install on-premises gateway instead and use it to refresh your dataset.

Thanks,
Lydia Zhang
