Power BI not connecting to Microsoft Exchange

Hi Team,

I have created a model in Excel connecting to my office email address (Exchange Server). Though the PowerQuery worked in Excel, it's throwing an error in outlook. In excel data source settings used the Microsoft account (O365) but the same is not working Power BI. It's throwing an error "We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided". This looks strange, if it's works in excel why is not working in Power BI ? I have tried build a new query in Power BI itself to connect to Exchange but the same error?

Can i get any help from MicroSoft of this ?

I have tried with UPN as well, my UPN and email ID is the same. Is my understanding is rite ?
