Power BI in Business Central

Hi,

 

I am looking to create a table in Power BI based on data from Business Central. There is a built-in integration, which is great and works.

 

However, I can not see all the Business Central tables in Power BI. I am looking to join the Default Dimension table with the Items table, however, I can not see the Default Dimension table in Power BI.

 

Can you help?

Hi,

 

you need to write a query in AL code and publish it as an app / web service in Business Central.

The connector only shows published as web service published queries.

Do you connect to Business Central content pack in Power BI Service or use the Business Central connector in Power BI Desktop?

I connected to Business Central from Power BI Desktop, using the Get Data > Online Services.
