Power BI and Stored Procedures with Parameters

Hi all,

Currently I am testing the new features of SQL Server 2016 CTP 3, more specifically the R Services feature.

I want to create a stored procedure that takes several parameters with an embedded R script that predicts whether an individual with certain characteristics would have survivided the Titanic tragedy or not.

My ultimate goal is to provide the user with a small dashboard on which he / she can input certain parameters (such as age, class, ...) and presses a button, than my Stored Procedure should be called and refresh the results.

As I am new to Power BI, I am wondering if this is even possible.

On the following link, I read that it's currently not supported : http://community.powerbi.com/t5/Desktop/Options-to-have-report-parameters/m-p/12922#M3140

Any other idea's on how to embed it? Maybe through a Power Query or by using Excel?

If someone know of a detailed guide to do so I would be very grateful!

Thank you!
