Power BI Connecting to SharePoint List in a Team SharePoint Site

Simple Question I think: Can you use the Power BI connector for SharePoint Lists and see the lists that live in a SharePoint Team Site?  I am have a list in a SharePoint Team Site and it's name does not appear from the lists I can choose.  I know that the Team SharePoint Sites live in some other Site Collection, so was wondering if this was the problem.

How about you use the following URL to connect to the specific SharePoint list? You can input the URL in the OData entry in Power BI Desktop.

https://yoursharepointsite/_vti_bin/listdata.svc/ListName

Shouldn't be an issue. Is this SharePoint Online or on-premises?

If you are actually using Teams, then yes, the SharePoint part of the Teams site is a separate site collection so you will need to track down the URL to that site collection.
