Power BI + BigML

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to include a predictive model in my Power BI dashboard and I decided to use BigML.

https://bigml.com

Someone has experience with this and could hep me?

Or maybe any other option to create a predictive model in Power BI...

Thanks!

@Anonymous,

There is no built-in connector for BigML in Power BI Desktop. You would  need to contact BigML support  to check if it has OData feed available or how to use its API to retrieve data, it is possible to connect straight to the OData feed from Power BI Desktop or use the web entry in Power BI desktop to connect to API.

There are some samples for your reference.

OK, thanks for the answer @v-yuezhe-msft.

There is any alternative to create a predictive model in Power BI?

@Anonymous,

What do you mean by predictive model?

Something like BigML do.

I mean some way to create a statistical prediction model that could be used in successive occasions to introduce new data and predict the value of a variable based on these.

@Anonymous,

Please check if Power BI query parameters and Power BI template work for you.

Sorry @v-yuezhe-msft,

Maybe I dindn't explain very well.
What I need is the way to create a statistic model to predict a variable, my problem isn't the way to change between diferents data sources.

It's more a mathemathical problem than a technical problem.

P.d.: Thanks for the links! 😉
