Hello,
We use Power BI in the organization for strategic and operational purposes. Our WMS supplier has set a maximum of 25 connections that can be connected to the PostGreSQL database. We have around 7 data sets that must be renewed according to schedule. This works as expected. We have about 7 datasets that are set to refresh on schedule, this works as expected. In addition, we have a flow running that can be triggerd/activited by sending an email.
Periodically the source PostgreSql database starts to deny connections because the number of connections has reached its limit. This causes serious operational problems for us and for our customers.
Does anyone have an idea how we can solve this?
I’m doing some research on the theme: ‘data pooling’ to see if this is a possible solution.
Thanks!

Hi @HeinLV
It seems a limitation of the data source side(PostGreSQL database).
Please ask for help in PostGreSQL forum.
Best Regards
Maggie
